In any situation you know there's a loop that happens inside your ears right and inside your body. The thoughts come into play those are your conscious thoughts, how you feel which is your physiological response to a stimulus or emotion. Then it leads to a behavior which is what you do or don't do and then that leads to that connection between your behavior and an outcome which is your performance.
