I think Cheyghos was very striking because it's an effect, a unanimous decision on the merits or at least there is no dissent on the merits. The most likely outcome is that they just come out with some sort of blamongy type of role we've all got to be nice to each other and cooperate. There's no practical consequence to that in real terms which is why I've always thought the questions that are likely to have a real impact are questions that deal with matters of fact.
