What Are the Threats to the Food System?
The food system is innately fragile, even before you look at the external pressues bearing it. 90 % of the world's grain trade is handled by just four corporations. A very dangerous situation in any system where you've got these huge nodes through which everything goes. That as very similar to what was happening in the financial system. If we carry on on this trajectory, we are going to starve in terms of live stock. Waterand this is something which we're just not discussing nearly enough.
