N vr is one of the country's leading home builders. Over the last ten years, they've spent about seven billion dollars on share bybacks. Andif you look at earnings per share or the last 10 years, it's gone up almost 14 x. Theyave been buying back a lot of shares, investors have done really, really well because of those efforts.
