The Crisis in the Peripheries of Peru

In November of last year, Peru saw three presidents in the space of one week. Fresh elections on April 11th will deliver the country's fourth in less than six months. As only did the government impose unworkable rules, politicians see more focused on vying for power than managing the crisis. All Peruvians are supposed to vote. You get fined if you don't vote and all Peruvians will have to be going to their own voting sites.
