Is There a Third Attractor to Global Government?
The two attractors are catastrophes and distopias. How do you make a surveillance state that does not, is not susceptible to capture or corruption? Similarly, how do you control all the markets to not do its an market incentive without something that looks like glocal government? And if somebody says, we won't make the i weapon, nd the other one does, they win. So whatever world we want is definitely in that third attracter.
