Yeah, that's a really fair question. One of my best friends is my chief of staff Sean Niberd. And it's in our head of sales at honors, Vanessa Vossler. They have no problem calling me out when I'm being a dick. So I may not go out and assign accountability partners, but I definitely have them in my friendships with people that have no problem saying, maybe I'm saying, probably shouldn't have said that, Jamie.
