When it comes to CGM we have this problem like Mario says of like we have really small data sets people are eating a bunch of different things so they might be having different amounts of fiber different amounts of protein all of which can affect the glucose rise. Even if you just say oh we just want to understand what you're eating follow your normal diet people will eat differently and I can imagine if someone's wearing a CGM they will have received a participant information sheet basically saying this is the purpose of the study.
