Is There a Definition of Workplace Wellness?

Workplace wellness is a cancer that has taken over the employer-employer relationship, basically everywhere. It's much more prevalent in the United States because roughly 60% of the population gets their health insurance through an employer. So workplace wellness kind of has to be something above and beyond what you have to do as an employer or just something you're only doing explicitly to get more productivity out of your workers.
