The Pipeline Chicken Versus Egg Problem

I don't think there is any pipeline generation standard, Dave. In fact, I'll see some companies kind of at the early stage take a marketing first philosophy. And that just isn't the best, most efficient source of pipeline to me. So my actual answer is plan holistically and don't have either come first. Let's plan to generate the demand that feeds the reps and hire them in parallel.
