How to Create a Map

The five questions that I put out there are, what's the point of view? What's the scope of the experience? How are you going to structure and represent that? And then finally, what are you goingto do with the diagram? How are they going to use it? And who's the audience of that as well too? If you can think through those five things, I mean, it might only be obvious. It might be a half an hour conversation with your stakeholders. But some of those may take some more time to take through.
