I was interested I mean obviously talking about pipeline from a sales standpoint but pipeline you know one of these always frustrates me is when people say to me oh well there was no diverse candidate in our pipeline or we don't have a pipeline for that. It's just so interesting right like how people like to make excuses for not doing it but at the end of the day they're just being lazy. You go for the the safe hire or the yeah the easy hire to your point  and then finally people started coming out of the woodwork and I was able to make introductions to other women non-binary folks Like it was amazing but I had to it wasn’t that hard
