The Mar-a-Lago Classified Documents Case Is the Strongest on the Law and on the Facts

I'm not optimistic that that one's going to even get to a jury trial. I think the way that the district attorney tried to bootstrap this election crime onto a misdemeanor is just very legally questionable. The Mar-a-Lago classified documents case is clearly the strongest on the law and on the facts. This was a crime where Trump got caught red-handed. But the problem of course is that it's landed in the courtroom of Judge Eileen Cannon, who is either maliciously partisan or extremely stupid or boast.
