How to Get Better Sleep

There are five things you can do to get better sleep. Keep your bedroom cool, turn off the lights and don't eat in the middle of the night. Don't stay in bed if you've been awake for 20 or 25 minutes trying to fall asleep. And walk it out after about 25 minutes - go to a different room then return to bed when sleepy.
