The Differences Between the US and Spain

The prison population there, they cannot have more than 90% populous in their prisons. That means because the United States has over it's it's W the populace that's allowed in a prison in a single prison. They catch you from marijuana. If it's your first crime, I don't care if it's a ton of cocaine, which in the United States would give you a life sentence. You're done in Spain, 10 year sentence, you go home after five under those conditions.
