The Rosenhans Experiment Is Still a Problem

Rosenhans experiment has survived all these years because even its detractors say, well, it did a really good job of raising the issue of powerlessness and depersonalization in institutions. The study does have its detractors. But I don't think you could like point to it as proof of anything necessarily, except that the system was pretty messed up. So psychiatry still finds itself in the same place as ever.
