When you enter the manufacturing industry, it's just looking at it from a different angle. Simpson sort of opened my eyes to things that I didn't even really know about in college or put any thought into while I was designing buildings. The other cool part about it is I still get to work with architects, builders, engineers, all the people that like are on your team because they're our customers.
