Unlisted bonds do not get listed on exchange, right? And they are out of purview of Sebi. So if anything happens, you're nearest in them, you can't go back to Sebi. Unlisted and unregulated. Once the bond is listed, there are going to be far more disclosures. You'll have more data to make that decision. As a investor, you are protected from fraud a lot in a regulated product,.
