Geoffrey: I think kasen has the spirit of continuous improvement. Even small improvements continuously add up to big differences over time. But what struck me was that some people therer examples for caison were more about execution, incremental execution rather than incremental improvement. And won example that somon used was, you have a bunch of dishes to wash, and you don't have time to do all of them. Well, at least do at least wash one dish, because at least things are better.
