Converbs - The New Ergativity

Converbs are a way to link clauses into other clauses with sometimes quite precise, sometimes quite loosey, goosey relationships that are vaguely adverbial in sets. They're most common in verb final languages; I'm not sure of any non-verb final language that uses them heavily. And again, there's a feature of O'Kuna that we're going to be talking about today. But we'll talk generally about it in Nat Banks and then what you can do with it.
