The Problems With Market Socialism
The idea is that every population group in this particular region, controls the ecological commons in that area. Under fracking, for example, you have these gas fields that are built. They will generate as much volatile organic compounds as a big oil refinery. And that will be hugely destructive to the health of them and their animals. So the idea is that well, in that population, in that area, we'll be able to prevent that.
