How to Be a Successful Trader and Run a Font

What are some of your favorites and what are you reading right now? I'm going to read Michael Lewis's new book which is coming out in September October something like that. What sort of advice would you give to a recent college grad who is interested in a career in either trading or running a font? You have to be willing to pay your dues but the trading aspect the hedge fund aspect it's a lot like sports the chances of being a a pro is a low probability so you should try, he says.
