How Long Has It Been Open?

It's 15 to 19 hours o work every week to do the what has to be done. The programme is taught asincrenously, so they can kind of do things on their own schedule. But there isa quirement that they meet their weekly dead lines and turn in the work every week. We have live office hours, we have lectures, we have discussion board posts. I mean, pretty standard on line stuff, except it's purely austrian, which is unique.
