Every agency owner or revs your company owner that's of any significance has people who run the ads for them. What do you think they pay those people? Usually $15, $20 an hour. How long do you think it takes them to train them? Not that long. The thing is, is that then they go ahead, turn around and trade someone else on it in a week. And so I'm crazy enough to just give you everything that everyone else is trying to lease to you with the kind of understanding that we have other things to give you that are more valuable than that.
