I think it's really interesting what you said there about, prepare it in your own language first. Unless you are a level where you really can have a command of the language equally fluent in both languages. I think that's a really good piece of advice. Coming back to interviews in general, because we can't ignore this year and everything that's happened this year and how that has affected interviews. So I don't know if you could tell us a little bit about how interviews maybe this year have been affected or how they've changed.
