"I don't believe any of it's going to happen," he says. "They're going to play off this nuclear war idea." He believes the White House will make up a story about Russia, China and Taiwan so that big contractors can make money period like it's just a wash of money. But I also don't think it'll happen before the election because they want Republicans to come out with a better solution than them.
