The poor's goals is really the wanted decision process, not the result. What we started seeing at square after about two or three years of doing this was the people were basically making a decision and using spade to justify it. So we basically said, actually, then we should not make a decision. We should just focus on SPA, which is a spa, and then hold off on the decision. And so there's no decision going to be made. You just have to spend a lot of time outlining the alternatives."
