There may be an argument to put these medications in n the water supply of professional baseball. That's but there is certainly not an ethical argument or a moral argument for it. People 16 and above with a d h d have five times the rate of motor vehicle accidents, dis fate fatalities. If you could cut even a fraction of those big economic, long term costs, it's win win.
