Afghanistan

i try to think, you know, i've listened to a lot of interviews with um afghanistan warvets and a talking about the experiences there. The parts that always fascinate me are not so much the the fire fights and all that, that's always fun. It's the part whre they're going into these villages and kind of communicating with these people. And as you well know, like terto run a counter insurgency, that's what it's all about. You have to be able to show these people that you can solve their act or at least, like provide cover for them.
