The Katzmann Argument Is That Algorithmic Decisions Are Self-Created Content

Judge Katzmann's concerns overlap a lot with the concerns that you and I have, right? The closest extant ancestor to Facebook was still several branches lower on the evolutionary tree. So, ultimately, the Katzmann argument is that algorithmic decisions are self-created content. That would put the onus on Congress to pass a new law extending section 230 to algorithms.
