The Climate Emergency in Texas

In Texas between nine and 23 prisoners have died from heat since mid-June but no one knows because Texas refuses to say that anyone has died from heat. Two-thirds of Texas prisons don't have air conditioning and a bunch of people are dying randomly of heart attacks in their 30s because they're dying of heat Jesus.
