All fad diets basically are operating sneakily under the same fundamentals. Calories and calories out is real, your body is a machine. There's like multiple different ways that your body is constantly burning and needs more carbs or needs more calories. These guys all are just basically taking that fundamental principle and then adding unnecessary weird shit to make themselves seem like a more marketable friend-y dieter.
