The Future of Bitcoin Adoption
The number of addresses holding one Bitcoin or more has recently hit new all-time highs. There are around 32 to 33 million active entities, I believe at the moment. That doesn't mean that that's the number of users, because there are exchanges as well. If you take that average number that you know the entity's holding, you could sort of think like this might be a pretty close approximation to what the average person is holding. It means people are taking self custody. At the moment, historically, it's been a little bit higher here and there; but at the moment, it's like at an all-time low in several years.
