Then, You Know, It's So Many Things That Lead to Quality Conversations
A lot of people are already using our product. We didn't know, until we had those conversations, how they were using it. And then a, anyhow, we hadn't run surveys in a way we segmented or extracted that information. Run lots of tests, even if they're not statistically significant, still running those tests to drivem ments. Have a key metric around that and that ultimately, the goal is is to learn and understand.
