We're private equity because we get to a pick and shoes who we bring in as equity partners. A lot of private equity firms, so to speak, or p e firms, they're really not private in this sense. They're public. Their reats or their projects they have, they openly advertise. For for u, it is usually friends and family, in referls, that we take in. We've even had people wiring hundreds of thousands of dollars that we've actually wired back to em,. just cause we didn't think the relationship was a good fit.
