Is the Formatter Really Configurable?

You can, for instance, say that the formatter should respect the configuration of the given library so that you would not format files that are actually related because acto has its own formatter configuration. You can do sigils and charas, right? Like some weird stuff. Yeah, I think these all came from big libraries, like apps and Phoenix. It was a request from those libraries because it kind of complied with their DSL. But for the most part, on your right, it's not very configurable, all right?Yeah, I did complain to them once.
