The Role of Government in Discrimination
If you require by law that business owners not discriminate against their customers, then what happens is the business owners who are discriminatory get to hide. I think looking to government to solve this sort of problem or these sorts of problems is probably usually misguided. These are the sorts of problems that market sort out by and large. As long as nobody's going hungry as a result of this, it seems to me like different rules apply.
