The Importance of App as a Channel
The app is a third way to literally get into one of the most important pieces of everyone's daily life which is their phone. What we focus on is if we can get, even if it's the same customer that we have an email on SMS for, we want the ability to send a push notification to that person because it becomes a third format of communication and a third chance to either ask them to convert with us again or ask them to read something that could be crucial.
