The Politics of Agnosticism

In Oklahoma where there are droughts, the governor will say, we need everybody to pray for rain and like that will just happen. I was fine when this was just instead of jabbering about why you're a great guy. You decided to tell people to pray, that's fine, but you want to put resources behind it? Now we've got a problem. That would be an excellent social experiment to suss out who's truly agnostic and who's not.
