Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Jill Krowski was the state's first violence against women resource prosecutor. As a judge, she saw her jurors become more and more distressed every day. Juries are told not to talk about facts of case with anyone until it is time to deliberate. They can't do the two things that we know people must do in order to work through trauma.
