The 19 99 columbine school shooting was the first in the digital age. Such events had been almost unheard of before then. Even the fbi acknowledges that these are internet fuel o copy cat events. They've gone so extreme for attention that they're willing to kill people so that their names are known. We get sicker as big tech gets stronger. It is a social contagion and it is breaking people down psychologically. And you have to develop a psychological immune system. I think that is something we don't talk about enough, making sure that you are fortified mentally enough to deal with the insanity that you see.
