LZ Granderson: I'm curious to hear what you think about this. There's a distinction between those who think the lever that you need is associated with structures and procedures, he says. And then there's another set of arguments like mine that argue that the problem is cultural,. LZ: You don't get the structural change if you don't have the culture. We had a certain kind of know how in mid 20th century that was really useful for getting structural change. But now we don't quite have the right know how for that. So I don't think you can get it.
