This chapter provides an overview of the preparations and tensions surrounding a pro-gun rally in Richmond, Virginia, following credible intelligence of groups with malicious plans. It also highlights the arrest of members of a neo-Nazi group called the base, who were allegedly involved in plotting acts of violence and creating a white ethno-state.
