The happiest teaching I think I've done has been within EAP. As an EAP teacher, you often are required to be really stretched and stretched in different ways. There isn't a sort of a one size fits all wonder lesson or approach. But what makes EAP really rich is that there are multiple voices and increasingly more multiple approaches to how you get to that end product. And I think that's really exciting.
