In your view, you know, revere Frederick Douglass, but not John Brown. In our society right now, we think that political lunacy is a justified kind of lunacy. And yet, and yet, I'm pretty sure I would have been a moderate abolitionist because we never live by only one value alone ever. We haven't talked about the diversity of norms in our own hearts or in our own lives.
