How to Use Collagen Protein for Muscle Building

Collagen protein is not a good source of protein for building muscle because it's really low in essential amino acids, particularly leucine. Don't use it as your protein supplement post training. It does have different amino acids in it that do seem to be favorable for improving the connective tissues. So I say go for it, but don't use it into like how you would use whey protein powder or if you're, you know, vegan or vegetarian plant based protein,. You're going to want to use it differently.
