The Relationship Between Words and Actions

Einstein's definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. And beating yourself up about all those missteps where you said yuwere oing to do something and didn't is also not helpful to a point. If you can look at it dispassionately and say, here's what i did, these are the mistakes that i made then you can actually move towards a better relationship between words and actions. That has to be the pathrightthing?
