Introduction
Chris Masterjohn: My work brain tends to stay on all the time. One of the things that really prevents me from falling asleep at night is my inability to turn my work brain off. I get everything out of my head and onto paper that I need the next day. That way, if I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, I'm not consumed with thoughts about what I need to do when I wake up.
