I've Got to Be a People Person, Right?

i've learned in this business i've got to be a people person as well. There are often days i wish i had a psychology degree, because this is an emotional atrama for them,. And it was like my client, she was wrapped around the axle and she would have stayed there all week endwrapped around the axle, crying and being upset.
