There's something spiritual about the process of feeling emotion so intensely and being able to adjust to them and move forward. The growth you see in yourself, the ability to recreate yourself is just such an incredible reward. You are profoundly different after you have loved and lost. I think it's like the first time in like five years that I haven't either been, you know, heartbroken, dating or falling in love.
